Hey, my name is Mandy. I have worked in the fitness industry since I was 18 and in healthcare as a Doctor of Physical Therapist for the past 10 years. I have seen patients, clients and friends struggle with prioitizing their health and wellness. I have struggled.

No one intends to neglect their bodies and often going for retreats or to costly local wellness providers is just not in the budget. I got tired of waiting for the medical community to start prioritizing well-care instead of sick-care.

How do I access the plan?

Can I cancel if I don't like it?

Absolutely. There are no refunds, but there is also no ongoing commitment. If the coaching is no longer serving you, you are free to cancel your plan at any time.

I'm not sure I can afford it. What should I do?

Mandy is a licensed healthcare professional and there may be a way for you to try and get reimbursed for some of your cost through your insurance.
